Education:

• Should be a – Fluency in Sinhala / Sinhalese @ Srilankan Language Expert is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for backend operations in both voice and non-voice processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails inFluency in Sinhala / Sinhalese @ Srilankan Language Expert, resolving clients inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process updates to provide accurate information to clients.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with team leads.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Sinhala / Sinhalese @ Srilankan Language Expert is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills in Sinhala / Sinhalese @ Srilankan Language Expert , with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively.

• Experience in Voice clients support roles preferred..

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
