Technical Support Engineer

Job description

• Experience in CMDB and ITIL process.
• Assist in defining and registering of configuration items (CIs); the appropriate level of attributes, and relationships required to support the CMDB Inventory Management process
• Create Monitor Normalization and Reconciliation Jobs to ensure accuracy of data coming from different sources
• Manage Roles Permissions related to Asset Management
• Works closely with requesters, Systems, and Service Delivery Teams to establish business requirements for CMDB
• Monitor CMDB Logs and identify issues with Discovery Sync, normalization, and reconciliation jobs
• Reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories
• Creating reports for Business consumption from CMDB
