JOB LOCATION – Work From Office – GURGAON
Designation: Technical Support Specialist (US process)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical Support Service through calls
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements(SLAs)
- Maintain Internal Service Attendance & Accountability policies
- Execute issue /query & Client level delivery quality on calls
Eligibility:
- Graduates in Btech ,B.E, BCA, , BSc & BSc IT (general graduate or perusing graduation or 12 th pass but need to have Sound Knowledge of Technical products like computer/ laptop/desktop……)
- 12th Pass / U,g. Fresher to experience in Technical support with BPO/KPO
- Undergraduates/ pursuing graduation are eligible with very good technical knowledge
- Candidates who are currently located in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon are eligible
Required Experience
- Freshers -Experience
- Excellent communication skills + Technical support like computer, Networking, LAN ,WAN,IP/TCP
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
