Urgent Requirement for premium international Voice process ,
work mode will be work from home based in Kolkata.
Computer system would be provided by the company with in Kolkata.
The candidates must live inside Kolkata.
Role & responsibilities :
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits .
Following up to ensure resolution.
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents.
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Taking the extra mile to engage customers.
Desired candidate profile :
Excellent English communication skill with zero filler, MTI and grammatical error.
The candidate should have outstanding vocabulary and sentence construction ability.
Should be comfortable in hard core night shift which will keep rotating.
Should have customer service skills.
Should be comfortable with hardcore night shifts.
Should be from Kolkata.
Salary – Upto 35K CTC
