Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Preferred candidate profile-

• Graduate (Fresher or Experience both can Apply) / 12th Pass & Under-Grad (Need 6 months of Experience).
• Candidate should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
• Required good or Excellent Verbal communication skills.
