Job Description:
- Title Technical Support Engineer/Fresher
- Timings US shift (6.30 PM-3.30 AM)
- Location- GGN
- Both sides Cab facility
Role & responsibilities
- Should have knowledge on Windows platform i.e Windows 7/8/10.
- Basic knowledge on DNS & DHCP.
- Should have good knowledge of Anti-Virus Clients, Internet proxy, patch management etc
- 24*7 operations and most of the times shift will be in EST hours.
- Basic troubleshooting of computer/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners/ peripheral troubleshooting
- Route assign tickets to appropriate support if necessary
- Identifying and escalating high priority , high severity issues
- Following up with end users on mails
- Monitor daily backups.
- Following up with end users on mails
