Responsibilities
Our Operations team moderates millions of videos daily at a global level to ensure the contents are safe for our users. As a Quality team, we need to review and audit the contents which were moderated by our moderators, to handle appeals, providing feedback and support on policy questions.
What will I be doing?- You will perform daily system audits, error analysis, and weekly feedback on moderation quality.- You will be responsible for content review to ensure content quality and community ecological security.
You will review appeals from moderation teams, and generate weekly blind moderation reports
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?- You come with previous experience performing a Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment.
You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.- You possess experience in a BPO / call center / customer service environment- Proficiency in Sinhalese LanguageTrust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
