Roles and Responsibility:
- Must have excellent communication skills in French.
- Should have good level of Oral comprehension, reading ability and reading comprehension skills.
- Candidate must be able to achieve daily calls and sales targets.
- Candidate should not have any long leave request within 3 months of joining.
- Candidate must be comfortable to work as bilingual expert (French & English both).
- Candidate should be able to Meet client expectation and process metrics.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Candidate should be flexible to move in different LOBS (inbound or Outbound) as per internal process requirements.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate with Minimum B2/C1 &C2 Certification.
Freshers can also apply..!!
Shift/ Location/Other Facilities:
• Candidate should be comfortable working in Evening & Night Shifts + Rotational Offs.
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Must be comfortable working from office.
• Both side cab facilities available
