Job Summary

We’re seeking for Flight Support / Task List Executive who have excellent communication skills and zeal to go extra miles to serve the customers

Responsibilities:-

  • Knowledge -international/domestic travel voice process
  • Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.
  • Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
  • Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment.
  • Candidates should be able to join ASAP.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
  • Support customers across Telecommunication/E- mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

Required Skills:-

  • Freshers with good communication skills will work candidates will work.
  • Freshers from travel domain with good communication skills
  • Experienced customer support candidates in travel domain
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts
