Qualification:
Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management.

Experience:
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Business HR in the IT industry. SGL will prefer a candidate with a results-based business oriented person who can manage change with ease.

Location: Delhi

Role Requirements:
Familiarize with the working of the operations underway in the organization and institutionalize HR best practices under the guidance of the senior management team

  1. Recruitment Management
  • Manage all recruitment across various sites as per the requirements of the client/s.
  • Evaluate potential candidates for the same and update the recruitment Database accordingly.
  • Ensure in-person/telephonic or online interactions to enable competency-based interviews.
  • Align with and manage various job portals and other recruitment avenues to source candidates and complete the recruitment process.
    • Ensure that recruitment plans are cost-effective.
    • See through the background verification and offer management process thereafter.
    • Keep the client/s regularly informed of the entire recruitment process, joining dates, etc.
  1. On-boarding & Induction
  • Complete the on boarding process of each new hire.
  • Keep a tab on the probation period and recommend actions on its completion as mandated/required.
  • Understand the capacity of the new hire/s during the on boarding phase.
  1. Function Alignment
  • Inform and support all stakeholders and guide on matters related to SGL employees.
  • If required, plan for PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for employees as an extension to probation or otherwise.
  • Coordinate complaints – internal or external as per company policy, manage grievances, complete exit interviews and ensure full and final settlement.
  • Be the company’s go-to person for the management of records pertaining to SGL employees across various clients ensure personnel files are kept safe during the employee’s lifecycle.
  • Gather and coordinate data related to attendance and leaves for smooth payroll management for SGL.
  • Ensure Labour Laws’ compliance as applicable.
  1. Management Information/Reporting
  • Share monthly records with MD and also as and when asked/need based.

Compensation offered:

  • Upto 5 Lakhs per annum CTC

Other Specific Requirements:

  • English and Hindi – both oral and written. Any other Indian language will be an added asset.
