Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards – Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements.
2. Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report.
3. Co-ordinating with the internal partners and middle office teams for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logic’s.
4. Responsible for handling customers of Loans & Beyond project contains entire customer data base.
5. Attending customers who visit office with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query.
6. Ensure smooth possession process and solve clients queries with the co-ordination of different / several departments.
Preferred candidate profile
2+ years of CRM experience in Real Estate.
Excellent communication skills.
Time Management, honest & hardworking.
Target Driven.
Team Player.
Perks and benefits
Salary package @Rs.2.00 lakh to @Rs.3.50 lakh per annum (depends on candidates).
