Moderator – Content – (Gujarati) Language Location: Gurgaon
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our organization as Content Moderation Associates in our gurgaon office.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content according to established guidelines and policies.

Ensure compliance with platform standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Identify and escalate content that violates policies or poses risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and standards
Requirements:
-
Graduates from any discipline.
-
Fresher to experience of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to a flexible 24/7 shift schedule and work 5 days a week in rotational shifts.

Good understanding of social media & content platforms

Flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment

Should have good knowledge of Gujarat language

Strong command (written & verbal) over the Gujarat language

Should be extremely fluent in written and spoken Gujarati and its variation
