International Expedia Voice Process WFO(Gurgaon)

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide proactive customer care service in a professional and courteous manner to the
  • clients of expedia.
  • Providing first line support to clients
  • Interpreting client date, escalating queries and seeing through to resolution
  • Providing best resolution to client queries
  • Explains all benefits, services and claims/reimbursement procedures

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/ U.G- Need Minimum 6 Months of experience in BPO industry. on Papers (No Fresher)
  • Good command on Spoken English.
  • Proactive, punctual and motivated
  • Ready to work in 24*7 environment

Salary- up to 26k -32k LPA

we are looking for the individual who may join Expedia immediately.

To be able to Handle Customer queries of Expeidia & with good customer Service skills and travel related services keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, AHT & efficient customer service.
