5 Days Working
Shifts: Rotational Shifts
Week off: 2 Rotational offs

International non-voice process refers to customer service that involve serving customers through channels like email, chat, instead of phone calls.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns.
- Giving detailed explanations of services or products.
- Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent English Communication.
- Education Any Graduate / Undergraduate (But not currently pursing applicants)
- Fresher/Experience are eligible.
- Candidate must have knowledge of Customer Handling.
- Comfortable with WFO.
- Local of Bhopal.
- Comfortable with Rotational shift & night shifts.
- Good typing speed
Mode of Interview:
- HR Round (Direct Walk-in)
- Language assessment (Direct Walk-in)
- Manager round (Direct Walk-in)
