JOB LOCATION – Work From Office – GURGAON

Designation: Technical Support Specialist (US process)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Technical Support Service through calls
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
  • Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
  • Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements(SLAs)
  • Maintain Internal Service Attendance & Accountability policies
  • Execute issue /query & Client level delivery quality on calls

Eligibility:

  • Graduates in Btech ,B.E, BCA, , BSc & BSc IT (general graduate or perusing graduation or 12 th pass but need to have Sound Knowledge of Technical products like computer/ laptop/desktop……)
  • 12th Pass / U,g. Fresher to experience in Technical support with BPO/KPO
  • Undergraduates/ pursuing graduation are  eligible with very good technical knowledge
  • Candidates who are currently located in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon are eligible

Required Experience

  • Freshers -Experience
  • Excellent communication skills + Technical support like  computer, Networking, LAN ,WAN,IP/TCP
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
