**International Voice Customer Care Representative**
**Requirements:**
– Strong verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
– Customer-centric approach with a focus on problem resolution.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone applications.
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
**Working Hours:**
– 5.5 days per week.
– 9.5 hours per day.
