Job Description:
–Provide L1 Level Customer Support
– Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
– Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
– Good Knowledge of Servers, Networking and Cloud Troubleshooting.
Eligibility:
– 1 plus year of experience in International Technical Support
– Excellent communication skills
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate/ UG with experience
Good Knowledge of networking, Servers and Cloud Troubleshooting
Compensation: Upto 4,50,000 -5,50,000 Per anum
Shift:24*7
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
