- Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Expert knowledge of troubleshooting practices. Issues are rarely escalated.
- Responsible for mentoring and cross-training associates.
- Thorough knowledge of internal escalation processes, relationships, and functions.
- Communicates regularly with external partners and internal clients.
- Strong knowledge of basic feed/export logic.
- Ability to open an export/feed file and locate a specific record and/or fields to research a more complex partner inquiry.
- Widely acknowledged as a go-to person by his/her peers, regardless of the project in question.
- Maintains above average metrics in daily tasks while taking on additional side projects.
- Additional responsibilities may include:
- Initiate non-scheduled exports to clients.
- Communicates with other internal teams, outside of Data Services
- Develop and hold training classes.
- Documentation, Run books, Customer pages etc.
- Strong knowledge with the ability to run and create queries to research more complex partner inquiries.
- Qualifications/ Skills
- One should be proficient in Arabic language B1 & above level, certification is mandate.
- Candidate should be excellent in English + Arabic & comfortable to handle customer queries via call & emails.
- 24*7 Shift & Saturday & Sunday off, Work from office role.
- Immediate joiner preferable.
- Work Location: Mumbai / Thane / Malad
- Non voice process.
