Roles and Responsibilitie
Provide prompt and professional customer support to clients located in the United States via phone, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed effectively.
Engage in active listening and excellent communication skills to understand customer requirements, provide accurate information, and offer appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, following established procedures and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Stay updated on product and service knowledge, as well as company policies and procedures, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards.
Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times to ensure a professional and compliant work environment.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers from the United States over the phone, adapting communication style as necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues effectively.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
