Job Description:

  • Title Technical Support Engineer/Fresher
  • Timings US shift (6.30 PM-3.30 AM)
  • Location- GGN
  • Both sides Cab facility

Role & responsibilities

  • Should have knowledge on Windows platform i.e Windows 7/8/10.
  • Basic knowledge on DNS & DHCP.
  • Should have good knowledge of Anti-Virus Clients, Internet proxy, patch management etc
  • 24*7 operations and most of the times shift will be in EST hours.
  • Basic troubleshooting of computer/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners/ peripheral troubleshooting
  • Route assign tickets to appropriate support if necessary
  • Identifying and escalating high priority , high severity issues
  • Following up with end users on mails
  • Monitor daily backups.
  • Following up with end users on mails
