  •  Requirements: • Tech support/consultant profile ( tech support role)
  •  • Taking remote Access, Troubleshooting.
  • • Installing the application to the system. • Hands on exp of any cloud computing platform and Hardware
  •  • Should have good knowledge of cloud computing, preferably Microsoft ,Network, IP Address • 
  • Min freshers-More years of relevant exp or fresher computer background can also apply (B-tech/ Bsc IT)
  •  • Excellent communication skills
  • Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Television, Routers and Computers
    Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
    Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
    Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
    Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
    The ability to think logically. Strong customer focus.
    Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain individual performance towards client
